New in package but there are a bunch of damage to the plastic which I do think there is a couple Of scratches I do see on the cover. It is hard to tell with the plastic covering it but just wanted you to be prepared just in case there is damage. Ichiban Kuji Prize G Memo pad is on the smaller size.
